It has been a privilege to know and work with a host of wonderful artists dedicated to art, including painting, sculpture, murals, and performance. One group of artists especially has a great impact on the history, culture, language, and politics of California - Americans of Mexican descent that we call Chicanos.
I am proud of the accomplishments this group has achieved and grateful for the opportunity to contribute.
